We have a 2-stage interview process, registration form completed, reference checks attained and DBS checks are available if required.
Dependent on your roles and requirements it can be as early as within the hour. Roles such as Van Drivers, Warehouse Operatives, Removal Porters, Labourers, Cleaners, Receptionists, and Administrators we can supply within the hour, same day, next day. Other roles typically take anywhere between 1-7 days to hire. If you are a business that hires more technical roles, these tend to take longer due to the nature of the role.
We supply Removals, Logistics, Food Production, Food Processing, Distribution, Automotive Manufacturing, Production companies, Furniture Manufacturers, Metal Processing Plants, Sheet Metal Fabricators, Foundries, Civil Engineers and Offices.
We pay our workers weekly through a PAYE payroll and into their own banks.
Oliver Rae conducts a worker interview which enables us to identify if a worker is being exploited. As a Gangmasters & Labour Abuse Authority Licence holder, we ensure we do everything in our power to identify Modern Slavery.
Oliver Rae ensures we process all PAYE contributions to the HMRC which then protects you from the risk of Tax / National Insurance exploitation. We have multiple policies and procedures in place to ensure your business is protected at all times. Our consultants are REC Level 3 Qualified therefore, they understand the legislation and laws relating to recruitment.
Yes, we will provide the Temporary Worker with the PPE necessary for the job role.

No, providing that you state you are looking for a temporary to permanent candidate you are free to take them after a full 12 weeks work.
