Q1 Reflection time – Recruitment Industry

The Recruitment Industry made up almost £36 Billion of the UK’s Economy in 2021. That was a decrease of around 11.5 % from 2020. However, this shows the resilience of the recruitment industry. We have been able to support the supply and demand of businesses throughout – IR35, EU Brexit challenges, A Pandemic, Staffing Shortages.

The team at Oliver Rae has worked tirelessly to provide solutions to Logistics, Removal, Manufacturing, Food Production, and Commercial businesses. Leaving us to do the leg work and the clients able to meet their customer’s supply and demand.

How do we develop? We are regularly collating reports, putting case studies and testimonials together along with regular KPI reporting to understand the strengths and weaknesses of our customer’s hiring patterns and how we overcome their staffing problems or shortages.

“We have always done it this way” is something we dread to hear. Although, it drives us to prove how the solutions we offer work. Each client has dedicated account managers who are trained, qualified and passionate about what they do. A friendly, personal service goes a long way.

Help us to help you. Your struggles are our motivation.

Competitive charge rates when that is what keep our business, helping other businesses.
