HOW DO WE REACH OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY?

Ellie Oldfield (Recruitment Consultant), to the left and Rebbecca Clark, to the right (Recruitment Administrator) , have been completing open days at local job and youth centres. Our plans for 2023 are to reach more centres, schools and colleges to encourage and guide candidates into the fantastic sectors that we work in. Our passion and enthusiasm about the sectors we work in not only informs them about job opportunities they can apply for it motivates them to start planning their pathway to work. We consult, advise and promote our clients and the excellent job opportunities we have – present and future.

Georgia Maund and Ellie Oldfield recently completed their Level 3 REC Qualification. At Oliver Rae we train our staff to be exceptional in working to an outstanding standard, as well as funding their further education to ensure we are up to date with the principles and processes set out by the REC. Gaining a qualification in an industry as busy as ours can be extremely difficult. Lauren Jenkins our Director is extremely proud of Georgia and Ellie. She understands the pressures they faced and what a big achievement this is as she completed the qualification herself back in 2017 whilst supplying demanding operational contracts. Join us in congratulating the fantastic two in their achievements!
