Job Title: Waste Supervisor
Location: Dudley
Salary: £40k-£60k
Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00

The Opportunity
We are a high-growth waste management start-up with contracts ready to go and an ambitious expansion plan already underway. We are now looking for an experienced waste supervisor with a minimum of Level 1 Wamitab to hit the ground running.
What We’re Looking For
- WAMITAB Level 1 or Level 2 (essential).
- Machine experience – such as loading shovels, telehandlers, forklifts, or similar.
- Ability to manage a small team.
- Understanding of compliance within waste operations (duty of care, site safety, environmental standards).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to safe working practices.
