Warehouse Operatives (Part time 15:30 – 19:30 Monday – Friday)

Are you immediately available and looking for work? We are currently recruiting reliable and flexible Food Production Operatives to join a well-established, local food processing company. This role is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with a permanent contract available after 12 weeks.
Please note: this is cold, physically demanding work, involving heavy lifting and working in freezer environments (PPE provided)
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing and labelling products
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Ensuring products meet customer specifications
- Adhering strictly to allergen procedures
- Picking products from freezer storage
- Stock counting and quality checks
- Cleaning machinery, tools, and work areas
- Supporting warehouse duties
- Actively seeking tasks and maintaining productivity
- Ensuring production efficiency targets are met
About You:
- Previous experience in food production is preferred
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
- Enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on role
