Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Willenhall
Pay Rates: £13.00 per hour
Shift Patterns: Monday-Thursday 07:30am to 16:00pm & Friday 07:30am to 12:30pm.
We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing manufacturing company that’s on the lookout for a hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their busy team.
This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity with great long-term prospects for the right individual. You’ll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable with heavy manual handling and being busy on your feet all day.
PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ROLE – HEAVY LIFTING INVOLVED!
Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and care.
- Loading and unloading goods.
- Manual lifting of parts up to 25kg.
- Data entry using warehouse systems (basic IT skills needed).
- Keeping the work area tidy and stock well organised.
- Supporting the wider warehouse and manufacturing team as needed.
Qualification/experience:
- Previous experienced within a manufacturing plant.
- Physically fit and able to lift items up to 25kg.
- Comfortable standing on your feet for a full shift.
- A team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willing to learn and keen to grow within a company.
