Job Title: Trainee Manufacturing Operatives
Location: Wednesbury
Pay Rates: £10.85 – £12.71 per hour
Shift Patterns: 06:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday

We’re offering opportunities across our clients business where you’ll learn the ins and outs of manufacturing and engineering predominantly for the automotive, aerospace and precision engineering industry. This is hands‑on, practical work in the metal industry, ideal for people who enjoy using their head and their hands.

What You’ll Be Learning
Your duties will vary depending on the department you train in, but you could be involved in:
- Assembling products – helping build components
- Quality control – checking parts meet required standards
- Grinding and linishing – shaping and finishing metal
- Using measuring equipment – tapes, gauges, micrometers and more
- Machining basics – learning how metal parts are made
This is a metal‑industry environment, so it can be loud and sometimes dirty. Washing facilities and proper PPE are provided.
