Job Title: Team Leader (Four day working week)
Location: Aldridge
Pay Rates: £13.71 per hour
Shift Patterns: Afternoons – Monday to Thursday either 13:00-22:00 or 12:30-22:00 available.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join a friendly, modern, family-run manufacturing business in Aldridge. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and reliability are key.
The Role:
- Supervising a team of 3-4 operators.
- Packing finished products.
- Assembling parts.
- Loading and unloading.
- Quality checking parts to ensure high standards
- General warehouse duties.
- Completing paperwork.
