Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Bilston
Pay Rates: £26,000 – £29,000 dependent on experience
Shift Patterns: Monday to Thursday 08:45-17:00 & Friday 08:30-16:00
Our client is seeking a Tube Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a thriving business with a strong order book and to develop specialist knowledge within the steel tube industry.
We’re looking for someone with experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, who currently handles some administrative tasks but is ready to progress their career. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for sales and account management, with a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and build long‑term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Account management.
- Quoting jobs for customers.
- Dealing with costings.
- Dealing with enquiries.
- Updating customers on lead times.
- Liaising with various members of staff – including transport and BDM and sales.
- Conducting market research.
- Working with existing and lapsed customers.
- Buying material.
- Updating stock on the system.

Requirements:
- Must have a passion for sales and customer service.
- Must have some administrative experience.
- Must be willing to learn a new industry.
