Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Aldridge, Walsall
Pay Rates: £40k-£50k
Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday 08:30-16:00
Oliver Rae are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager in the Aldridge area to work with one of our reputable clients in the construction industry. Opportunities like this are very hard to come by.
You must be able to drive for this role as 2-3 days per week will be site based.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the project managers/contractors/trades.
· Managing health and safety.
· Develop project plans and track timelines.
· Ensuring KPI targets are met.
· Reporting to senior management.
Qualification/experience:
- Previous construction experience.
- Previous project management experience.
