Office Administrator

Oliver Rae is currently seeking an Office Administrator in Cradley Heath. To work within an ever-growing metal fabrication business.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00

£22,000 per annum when permanent (£10.50 per hour whilst on the 12 week temporary to permanent contract)

Job Duties

  • Answering the telephone.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Assisting with production schedules.
  • Printing work packs and drawings.
  • Sending emails, letters, post.
  • Arranging travel, transport etc for the directors.
  • Ordering stock.
  • Liaising with customers.
  • Utilising – Microsoft packages.

This is working for companies with easy transport links. The role is a Temporary to Permanent vacancy and has an opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks.

Commutable from – Halesowen, Stourbridge, Lye, Rowley Regis, Oldbury, West Bromwich, Brierley Hill, Hagley, Kidderminster.
