Office Administrator

Oliver Rae is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator in Oldbury working with a leading Manufacturing business.

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
  • £23,000 – £25,000
  • Sage experience required.

Job duties

  • Prepare daily report to show order requirements and deliveries.
  • Create new stock numbers.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies.
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers of stock.
  • Raise orders.
  • Book in deliveries on Sage 200.
  • Allocate stock to projects for bill of materials.
  • Creating a weekly planner.
  • Maintain procurement schedules.

Shift times

Monday – Friday days

£23,000 – £25,000

Requirements

  • Driving licence and own car as you will be required to travel to another site 1 day per week
  • Sage experience
