Office Administrator

Oliver Rae is currently seeking an experienced Office Admin in Oldbury to join a busy manufacturing business.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 (Early finish on a Friday)

Salary £10 – £11.50 dependent on experience

Job Duties

  • Answer telephone and email correspondence.
  • General Office Admin duties.
  • Office Co-ordinating to support Transport Dept.
  • Learning the Transport Planning
  • Book in jobs on the system.
  • Planning and coordinating regular and ad-hoc loads within HGVs, Vans, and external haulers.
  • Working alongside the Pallet Network.

Requirements

  • Experience with excel is necessary.
  • Would be beneficial to have good geographical knowledge with an understanding of the UK road network.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Keen to learn and take on new challenges.

Commutable from – Cradley Heath, Halesowen, Oldbury, West Bromwich, Smethwick, Wednesbury, Walsall and surrounding.
