Office Administrator

Oliver Rae is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator in Kingswinford to join a Food Processing Plant.

This is working for one of Europe’s largest food processors, supporting a busy HR department.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 15:00.

This role is an ongoing Temporary Vacancy working with Oliver Rae at the client with a potential to gain permanent employment within 6 months.

Job Duties

  • Assisting with employee queries.
  • Assisting the HR Manager with Ad-hoc duties.
  • Collating reports in excel.
  • Liaising with the workforce and recruitment agency where required.
  • Dealing with queries prior to escalation to management.
  • Supporting the man management team.
  • Answer telephone and email correspondence.
  • General Office Admin duties.

Experience required

  • Excellent Microsoft Package experience.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience is required for this role.
