Job Duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling engaging content.
- Support website updates and ensure content is accurate and on-brand.
- Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to create and proofread marketing materials, including blogs, advertisements, and brochures.
- Maximise brand visibility through engaging and creative content such as blog posts, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Leverage key marketing channels-social media, email, SEO, PPC, website, and online campaigns-to drive engagement and generate leads.
Continuously identify and recommend innovative solutions to optimise marketing performance.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Write, edit, and proofread content for various marketing materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Manage and update websites, ensuring content is fresh and user-friendly.
- Schedule and optimise content delivery to maximise reach and engagement across platforms.
- Coordinate with videographers and photographers to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
- HTML/CSS Coding – Write clean, well-structured HTML and CSS to create the website’s structure and layout, ensuring compatibility with all browsers.
- SEO Best Practices – Implement on-page SEO strategies in the design, including optimising metadata, alt text for images, and clean code to improve search engine rankings.
Requirements
- A proactive and creative individual with a passion for marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital tools (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
