Job Title: Foundry Worker – Days / Nights available
Location: Stourbridge
Pay: £14.50 – £21.75 per hour there is plenty of opporutnity to max out your earnings with overtime
Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday 05:00 – 15:00 OR Monday – Thursday 17:00 – 05:00
We are currently recruiting for experienced Foundry Operatives and are keen to speak with candidates who have experience across any area of foundry operations.
We have opportunities for:
- Core Makers
- Moulding Operatives
- Fettling and Finishing
- Melting and Casting
- Other Foundry Departments
Whether your experience is in a specific foundry discipline or another area of foundry operations, we would be interested in hearing from you.

- Machine Operating
What we are looking for:
- Moulding, Casting, Core Making, Dressing, Furnace Operating – basically anything foundry you’d be perfect to train up in other departments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and quality control.
- Commitment to health and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
