Job Title: Foundry Operative
Location: Stourbridge
Pay Rates: £13.00 – £19.50 (Premium Overtime Rates)
Shift Patterns: 07:00 – 15:00 (Flexibility to start earlier and finish later required)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the design and development of cast products.
- Carry out hourly sand lab tests (Compactability, moisture, tensile, etc.)
- Monitor pour temps & speeds to support metal testing.
- Highlight material or process issues that reduce output.
- Follow work instructions and maintain high standards.
- Help calibrate core machines monthly or as needed.
- Work closely with your team to keep things running smoothly.
Qualification/experience
- Previous Foundry, Casting or Manufacturing experience.
- Must have a good level of Mathematics as you will need to be number savvy for this role.
- Quality control experience is preferred.
