Job Title: Food Production Operative – Slaughter Hall
Location: Dudley
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 16:30 PM
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment? We’re currently recruiting for Slaughter Hall Operatives to join a leading food manufacturer in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is reliable, hard-working, and comfortable working in a meat processing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Working within the slaughter hall as part of the production team

Handling, processing, and preparing meat to company and industry standards

Using knives and other equipment safely and efficiently

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Adhering to health & safety and food safety regulations at all times

Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements:

Previous experience in a slaughter hall, abattoir, or meat processing environment is desirable

Must be comfortable working with raw meat and in a chilled environment

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, manual role

Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Ability to work as part of a team
