Job Title: FLT Driver
Location: West Bromwich
Pay Rates: £12.50 per hour
Shift Patterns: Monday-Friday 08:00 – 16:30
Are you a skilled FLT Driver looking for a hands-on role in a heavy industrial environment? We’re recruiting for an FLT Driver (Counterbalance) to join a busy industrial cleaning team working on-site at a manufacturing facility.
This is a physically demanding role where you’ll be operating a Counterbalance FLT, working outdoors, and carrying out deep industrial cleaning tasks using jet washers and other heavy-duty equipment.
Responsibilities:
Operating a Counterbalance FLT (must hold a valid licence)
Jet washing and deep cleaning of heavy industrial equipment and environments
Offloading deliveries and moving materials across site
Supporting the team with all aspects of industrial cleaning
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Following strict health & safety and hygiene protocols
Qualification/experience:
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR recognised)
Experience in industrial or heavy-duty environments preferred
Comfortable with manual labour and working outdoors
Good attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
This role involves heavy manual work – it’s physically demanding
You’ll be working in a Foundry environment, so regular blood tests are required for health monitoring
