Job Title: Factory Worker
Location: Aldridge
Pay Rates: £12.21 per hour
Shift Patterns: 06:30 – 15:30 rotating with 13:00 – 22:00 (must be flexible to work 15:00 – 00:00 when required)
We are looking for a Factory Worker to join a friendly, modern, family-run business in Aldridge. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and reliability are key.
The Role:
- Packing finished products
- Assembling parts
- Loading and unloading
- Quality checking parts to ensure high standards
- General warehouse duties
- Completing paperwork
