Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator
Location: Willenhall
Salary: £13 – £13.37 per hour
Shift Patterns: 08:00am – 17:00 Mon – Thurs & 08-00am – 13:00pm Friday
Oliver Rae is recruiting for an experienced CNC setter/ operator to join a team of machine operators. You will be creating components and parts according to customer and drawing specifications by setting and operating CNC Milling Machines.
Brief description of responsibilities:
- Setting and operating CNC milling machines.
- Working on Heidenhain, Fanuc and Siemens controls.
- Reporting defects with machinery to managers.
- Loading and offloading parts to the machine.
- Performing basic machine maintenance when required.
- Quality checking parts.
- Using micrometres, verniers and gauges to perform quality checks.
- Perform accurate setting and cutting and indentation of materials.
- Minimizing Scrap.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous CNC Setter and Operating experience.
- Experience on Fanuc, Heidenhain and Siemens controls.
