Oliver Rae is currently recruiting an experienced Part Time Administrator to work with a local business based in Oldbury.
This role will be best suited to someone who is detail detail-orientated, organised individual who is only looking to pursue a part-time role. The successful applicant will play a crucial part in keeping their operations running smoothly.
Brief Description of Job Duties:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Input data into company database.
- Booking hotels.
- Organising expenses.
- Maintain and organise records.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Prepare and modify documents including reports and emails.
- Proven experience in an administrative role – must be proficient in MS Office packages.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Attention to detail.
Part time 21 hours per week Monday, Thursday, and Friday
Pay rate: £11.00 – £11.50 per hour
