Oliver Rae is currently seeking experienced Administrators in Aldridge to join a busy manufacturing business.
Job Duties:
  • Scanning and collating of documentation.
  • Liaising with customers.
  • Ensuring spreadsheets are kept up to date.
  • Using SAGE CRM Systems to manage delivery calendars.
  • managing returns & enquiries.
  • Updating customers regarding deliveries and collecting relevant documentation.
  • Planning for a small fleet of company delivery vehicles, including servicing and maintenance.
  • Managing customer deliveries using various methods.
  • Booking pallet deliveries.
  • Booking drop ship deliveries to customers using courier tracking portals.
  • Assisting with customer deliveries/collections.
Previous experience within logistics and export would be advantageous.
