Oliver Rae is currently seeking an experienced Administrator in Halesowen to join a busy manufacturing business. We are seeking individuals with a desire for the engineering industry.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:15 – 17:00 and (Early finish on a Friday 13:00)

Salary £25,000 negotiable dependent on experience

Job Duties:

  • Processing planned purchase orders in accordance with client / company requirements and obtain prices to assist sales.
  • Ensuring that delivery dates are met.
  • Communicating with suppliers and internally as required.
  • Keeping internal systems data accurate.
  • Dealing with supplier documentation.
  • Reporting to management, production, and sales on the status of the orders that you have raised.
  • Working with production to utilise stock where possible.


  • Must be Microsoft Package literate
  • Must have a great telephone manner
  • Must be keen to learn a new industry
  • Understanding business goals and objectives
