Oliver Rae is seeking an Accounts Administrator in Aldridge. This a temporary part time role.
Brief description of duties
- Ensuring all invoices are paid and up to date on the system.
- Checking invoices to ensure VAT is included in the payment.
- Processing invoices as well as payment and statement reconciliations.
- Communicating with relevant suppliers.
- Preparing statements.
- Inputting data into SAP and Sage.
Requirements for this role
- Must have accounts experience to be considered.
- Must have strong Excel and Microsoft skills.
You choose! As long as its 16-20 hours per week and within 08:30 – 16:00pm you can pick your hours.
£12.00 – £13.00 per hour
