Production Operatives – Multiple Roles Available (Day Shift)
Location: Birmingham Nechells / Witton area
Pay: £14.30 – £15.80 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm Friday: 6:00am – 11:00am
Contract: Temporary to Permanent after 10 weeks
We are recruiting for a number of Production Operative positions with an established manufacturing company. These are excellent temporary to permanent opportunities, offering long-term career prospects after a successful 10-week period.
Available Roles
Track Unload Operative – Up to £15.80 per hour
- Unloading products from a fast-moving paint track.
- Carrying out visual quality inspections to company standards.
- Recording production output and quality information.
- Working efficiently to keep pace with production.
Jig Worker – £14.30 per hour
(Flexible hours may be available.)
- Loading small components onto paint jigs ready for spraying.
- Handling light, detailed work requiring good dexterity and attention to detail.
- Unloading finished parts and placing them into the correct storage containers.
Labourer – £14.30 per hour
(Some flexibility with start times and hours may be available.)
- Keeping the factory clean and organised.
- Moving materials throughout the production area.
- Cleaning plant equipment, trolleys and work areas.
- Providing support across departments where required.

- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential.
