Job Title: Administrator

Location: Bilston

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:45-17:00 & Friday 08:30-16:00

We are looking for an Administrator to join one of our clients based in Bilston. This position is ideal for someone with basic administrative experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role is within a busy manufacturing environment, so we are seeking someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting.

  • Organising and maintaining both paper and electronic filing systems
  • Producing and issuing production paperwork for the warehouse
  • Preparing despatch paperwork and despatch notes
  • Checking and booking stock into the system from suppliers
  • Processing internal stock movements and transfers within the business
  • Communicating stock activity to the commercial team
  • Assisting staff and management with general administrative tasks
  • Ensuring office procedures are followed accurately and consistently

Skills & Experience Needed

  • Minimum 2 years’ administrative/office support experience
  • Experience within the steel industry is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Confident with numeracy and Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
  • Professional approach with a strong work ethics
