Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Wolverhampton

Pay Rates: £30,000-£35,000 dependent on experience

Shift Patterns: Monday to Thursday 08:45-17:00 & Friday 08:30-16:00

We’re looking for someone who is driven, ambitious, and hungry for success, while also being hands‑on and confident handling essential administrative duties. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and nurture key customer accounts.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers.
  • Handle job costings and ensure profitability.
  • Respond to incoming enquiries with speed, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Keep customers fully updated on lead times and order progress.
  • Liaise closely with internal teams, including Transport and the Business Development Manager, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Re-engage lapsed customers and maximise business from existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate stock information within the system

Requirements

  • Steel tube industry experience is essential.
  • A motivated, proactive mindset with a passion for sales and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and a willingness to take ownership of administrative responsibilities.
