Job Title: Logistics Administrator

Location : Wednesbury

Salary : £27,500

Shift Time: 10:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join a well‑established manufacturing company. This position is ideal for someone who prefers a later morning start, as it does not follow the traditional 8-5 schedule.

In this fast‑paced position, the successful candidate will be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure orders are processed and dispatched efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general administrative duties
  • Book out parts accurately
  • Process orders through the internal system
  • Handle incoming internal calls
  • Generate shipping labels
  • Use the in‑house CRM system effectively

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Logistics, Production, or Manufacturing administration
  • Willingness to work a later shift
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment
