A high volume sector where we can supply low to semi-skilled labour on all scales. The industrial sector creates opportunities for candidates to progress, gain new skills whilst having the support from both Oliver Rae and our clients. The Industrial Sector covers Logistics, Driving, Removals, Site work and Production roles.
The Commercial Sector works hand in hand with the others sectors as typically all businesses require support for their clerical and managerial roles no matter the sector! This sector is not as fast paced and high volume as the other sectors and roles have a 50 / 50 split between being Temporary or Permanent.
Our Manufacturing and Engineering sectors are fast paced. The roles we have in the manufacturing and engineering sector target the semi-skilled to skilled candidate market and we typically cover roles on Shop floors, Tool Rooms, Machine shops and Production Plants.
Managed service contracts are available to businesses who seek support on-site where they use 50 + Temporary Workers or Contractors per day. Each managed service is tailored to the customer dependent on their needs. This would be for a fast paced, high volume, 24-7 onsite service.
Oliver Rae works with Baked, Ambient, Chilled and Frozen manufacturers we are on everyone’s side! The Food Production sectors is where we supply both non-experienced and experienced individuals. Offering full training and excellent career opportunities within many reputable businesses.
