Job Title: CNC Programmer
Location: Willenhall
Working hours: Monday – Friday (Day shift with an early finish on a Friday)
We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Programmer to join our thriving and growing manufacturing client. This is a fantastic long-term career opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality precision components.
What you’ll be doing:

Programming, setting, and operating 3 & 5 axis CNC milling machines

Working with Siemens and Heidenhein

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately

Manufacturing precision parts to customer specifications and tight tolerances

Advising on adjustments to programs and processes to improve efficiency and quality

Ensuring all work meets company and customer quality standards
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in CNC milling programming, setting, and operating

Strong knowledge of 3 & 5 axis machining

Confident working with Siemens, Heidenhain, and Fanuc controls

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with precision
-
A proactive problem solver who can suggest adjustments and improvements
