Job Title: Abattoir Operative
Location: Dudley
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM – hours may vary depending on production, so a level of flexibility is required
We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable unskilled Abattoir Operatives to join our team in a fast-paced meat processing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that animals are processed safely, humanely, and efficiently, following industry standards and hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Working within a slaughter hall
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform cutting, trimming, and preparation of meat to the required specifications
Requirements:

Physically fit and comfortable working in chilled conditions

Reliable, punctual, and keen to secure long-term work
- Food industry experience is preferred but not required

Strong work ethic and a team player attitude

Must be available immediately
