Job Title: Food Production Operative (Packer)
Location: Dudley
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 16:30 PM

We’re on the lookout for dedicated, hard-working Packers to join a fast-paced team at a market-leading food production facility. This is an excellent opportunity to secure stable, ongoing work with real potential for a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities:

Packing and labelling chilled food products on a fast-moving production line

Working in a cold environment – thermals are your friend!

Manual handling of products – heavy lifting involved

Keeping to high hygiene and food safety standards

Following instructions and working efficiently as part of a team
Requirements:

Previous experience in food production or a warehouse setting is a bonus

Physically fit and comfortable working in chilled conditions

Reliable, punctual and keen to secure long-term work

Strong work ethic and a team player attitude

Must be available immediately
