Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Wednesbury
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 7:00pm
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and supportive team in Wednesbury. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, and we are specifically looking for candidates seeking long-term, stable employment rather than short-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively within a small team
- Replenishing stock locations
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Offloading containers
- Decanting goods
- Manual handling and general warehouse duties
Requirements:
- Physically fit due to the manual nature of the role
- Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
- Committed to long-term employment
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
