What will you be doing?
- Build and maintain relationships with industry-leading businesses.
- Sourcing top-quality candidates, identifying and placing the best talent in the market
- Outbound sales calls, developing new business opportunities, and growing your network
- Expand your client base and uncover new opportunities
- Keeping the company database up to date ensuring all information is compliant and accurate
- Booking client meetings to discuss recruitment needs and opportunities.
- Posting on various job boards to attract top talent.
- Conducting registrations and interviews.
- Providing training and inductions, preparing new workers for success.
- Payroll administration.
- Ensuring all paperwork is compliant, ensuring everything is in line with regulations.
- Right-to-work checks Handling electronic and face-to-face compliance checks.
- Placing both Temporary and Permanent candidates.
